舟凯船务2012年在上海成立，主要从事船舶代理，船舶建造修理改装，船舶备件报关清关送船，港口换船员，船员落地签证等各种船舶服务。
Ocean Shipping Agent Service Co.,ltd established in 2012 in Shanghai. Our company is engaged in various shipping services such as new building assistance, spare parts’ supply with custom care clearance and deliver on the vessel, across all ports of China, Services related to the technical and operational needs, crew change, visa on arrival etc .

舟凯船务业内非常突出的一项业务就是落地签证。客户按照我们的要求提供资料，按机票规定得日期到达浦东机场后，当场发30天有效期的落地签证，这为广大客户提供了巨大方便。这项业务目前上海有且仅有几家公司能够办理。
One of the prominent businesses is to provide visa on arrival for crew change or person in need. Normally visa issued for 30 days, which provides great convenience for the clients. At present, there are only a few companies can handle this business in Shanghai.
